Tasting Notes: Dark straw and cloudy in color with a small white head. A lemony aroma. Flavor is of very tart lemon. Highly carbonated with a lingering tartness.
Description: St. Bretta is our 100% Brettanomyces Whitebier that is not only an evolution of Wild Wild Brett Orange, but also it will be ever-changing depending on the fresh citrus available that season.
Comments: Version sampled was from Fall 2013 – an artesian ale brewed with citrus and fermented in oak foeders using Valencia orange.
