Dark red in color with a cream head. An almond, whisky and slightly sweet aroma. Flavor is prominent whisky with almond and syrup. Low carbonation with a slick mouth-feel. |

Insanity is made by aging Blithering Idiot Barleywine Ale in whiskey barrels. The barrel aging imparts an additional level of complexity to an already intense malt profile by adding a combination of vanilla, oak and whiskey notes. |
