This used to be an awesome Citra IPA with a wonderfully pungent spring floral and citrus blossom aroma and a sweet, slightly roasted malt profile and orange to lemon hop flavor without any of the bitterness. Unfortunately, the two hops used in this ale are sold out for the next two years and I cannot get my hands on any of it until at least then. A new recipe will have to take this one’s place, but it will certainly be one just as good. TBD!
