Newly established microbrewery in the Sutherland Shire is looking for an experienced brewer to take our beer to the next level. Blackhorse Brewhouse is the beer brand of the Blackrock Brasserie restaurant/microbrewery located in Sylvania, in Sydney’s south.
This position is initially a part time role but will expand into a full time roll as the business expands. Your success in helping expand the business will determine how quickly this role becomes full time.
We have both a 12hl and a 200L system providing an excellent opportunity to grow and expand your own brewing skill set. Our brewery operates 9–5 Monday to Friday but there may also be a requirement to work on Saturday’s and Sunday’s from time to time.
