A collaboration beer brewed with Matt Manthe, head brewer of Brewzzi Boca Raton, and fermented with a combination of Due South and Brewzzi lager yeast. Medium – light body with a citrus aroma, with grapefruit as well as pine and resin. Hoppy but also roast with chocolate undertones from the dark malts, with a bitter and hoppy finish.
