New Beer Friday 2/25/22

Today Fisher Brewing is going to be celebrating five years of making beer at the resurrected brewery. To celebrate, three new beers were created and all be released one a day over a three day period (Thursday – Saturday). Happy number five and thanks for making Utah a much better place. 

Also this week: Park City Brewery’s new brewpub in Kimball Junction is in the midst of their soft opening. Since it’s a soft opening, check the hours before making the trip. Congrats, PC Brewing! 

Fisher – Batch 723: Smell is melon, pineapple, and grapefruit peel. Taste is a bit different. Sweet pale malts and white bread, along with honey dew melon, and maybe some pineapple and orangey notes. Floral and pale malt sweetness are center stage with literally no bitterness. Medium mouthfeel and there is no detection of the 9.0%
