Illuminated Brew Works – Spoon Full of Sugar: Super hazy, dark yellow in color with orange, pineapple, mango, some grapefruit and guava. Lactose is also present. taste is much of the same with tropical hops and plenty of sweetness due to lactose. Really juicy and sweet. Nice for the style, but it’s a wee sweet for me. 8.0% – Found at DABC.

Destihl – Apple Pie: Inspired by the flavors of American apple pie. Brewed with tart apple & cinnamon flavors and lactose, this ale has all of the flavors you’d expect with notes with a light body & tart finish. 4.6% – Found at DABC. 

Lagunitas – StereoHopic IPA Vol. 4 (Lotus & Sabro): clear gold/orange color with foamy white head leaving moderate frosty lacing. Nose is mild citrus with tropical notes and some earthiness. Taste follows in a slightly muddled way. Mild bitterness lingers on the finish. 7.2% – Found at DABC.
