Cellar Person/Assistant Brewer at Westville Brewery
Westville Brewery is growing rapidly and looking for an experienced Cellar Person/Assistant Brewer.
Duties include assisting the Lead & Head Brewer on brew day, keg and brewery equipment cleaning, fermentation monitoring, keg filling, organization of cold box, yeast harvesting, and basic facility maintenance.
The qualified candidate will need excellent time management and organization skills, be able to problem solve effectively, and be able to lift 55lbs and move 165lbs occasionally.
Requirements include but not limited to a Brewing/Science background, and flexible schedule – especially Monday-Wednesday between 10am-9pm.
