Bridging the Baltic and Caribbean Seas, Jolly Russian is a rich Russian Imperial Stout stowed away in Rum Barrels for aging. MY THOUGHTS: Jolly Russian is the perfect example of Russian Imperial Stout, yet with an interesting twist: most Russian Imperial Stouts I’ve seen have been aged in bourbon barrels, whereas this one is rum-aged. I think this is my favorite Russian Imp. Stout ever! And it’s just in
