This is a repeat, and hopefully improved, version of last year's beer that reached the final round of NHC 2015.

The next Beer Style in this series of articles comes from Category 34: 'Specialty Beer' in the BJCP 2015 Guidelines and is a Clone Beer of Westvleteren 12 by Brouwerij Abdij Saint Sixtus which is a Belgian Quadrupel.

Once the holidays are over it will be time for me to start brewing for the AHA's National Homebrew Competition 2016. With this in mind I thought it would be a good time to evaluate the results from the 2015 entries and assess which ones, if any, would be worth re-brewing and entering the 'hopefully' improved versions of the recipes.
