Nashville, Tennessee – November 7, 2016 – Tennessee Brew Works celebrates the American chestnut with their winter seasonal, “King Chestnut”, American brown ale release.

Tennessee Brew Works invites you to celebrate the revival of the American chestnut with the “King Chestnut” American brown ale release. They’ll be releasing this beer at their taproom this Thursday, November 10th, at 6PM (open 5-10pm, live music and food) and throughout Tennessee in the ensuing days.

In the early 1900’s approximately 98% of the American chestnut trees were destroyed by a devastating blight.
