One of the truly great holiday traditions in New Mexico, as far as beer goes, is the annual 12 Beers of Christmas at Santa Fe Brewing. The good news is it’s back, and technically it started Tuesday with the release of Dysphotic Stout (7.6% ABV), a roasty, burly-as-hell American-style stout. The Dysphotic is the winter release in the Ever Changing Series, so if you cannot stop by the brewery off I-25 or the Albuquerque taproom, you can still take it home with you.
