Cinco de Mayo, or Drinko de Mayo, is this Friday, just in case you had not checked the calendar in a while. It is a holiday I usually sit out, not because I dislike it or anything, but it falls the day after my birthday, so my hangover tends to keep me grounded. This year, though, the breweries are putting out some unique new beers for the holiday that might just get me off the couch. Boese Brothers will be throwing a party for the re-release of Cherry Bomb, their popular summer wheat beer. There will be an art show by Quetzal, food from Disk-O-Dawg, and live music from Dos Gatos.
