The Week Ahead in Beer: ReSource puts its motto of ‘brewed to serve’ into good effect

Greetings, New Mexico craft beer lovers. Stoutmeister here with The Week Ahead in Beer. This column covers all the breweries in Bernalillo and Sandoval counties, with Santa Fe’s eight breweries, one in Los Alamos, one in Moriarty, one in Red River, one in Silver City, and one in Truth or Consequences also joining the party.

When Shawn and Stephanie Wright opened ReSource Brewing last fall, they vowed to do their part to give back to the community. Whether it was with their Equality Stout, or just through various events and fundraisers, they have lived up to the motto “brewed to serve” that appears on their glassware. This Sunday, ReSource will give back to the four-legged members of our community, hosting their first dog adoption event outside. This socially distanced experience is in partnership with the Watermelon Mountain Ranch Rescue Group, and being a brewery and all, ReSource has created a special beer
