Great Divide Brewery Brunch at EDGE

EDGE Restaurant & Bar recently teamed up with Great Divide Brewing Company to create Brewery Brunch, an ongoing event every Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. at EDGE. Brewery Brunch features a rotating selection of bottomless Great Divide beers. Last weekend the select drafts were Rumble IPA, Colette Farmhouse Ale and Nomad Pilsner. Guests can stick with the same beer, or try them all. And to sweeten the deal, you get to keep the pint glass! Additionally, bottomless mimosas, bloody marys and marias are also offered.

Scrambled egg whites with spinach, mushrooms, & Haystack Mountain goat cheese (normally also has tomatoes but I omitted them).

I had never been to EDGE before, as it’s well known for its steaks, and as a vegetarian I wasn’t sure there would be much I could eat. But being a big fan of Great Divide, of course I had to check out this new brunch. I was pleased to find an egg white scramble with veggies and goat cheese, and I thought a Rumble Oak Aged IPA would pair well w
