The Week Ahead in Beer: A bountiful harvest of brews

Greetings, New Mexico craft beer lovers. Stoutmeister here with The Week Ahead in Beer. This column covers all the breweries in Bernalillo and Sandoval counties, with Santa Fe’s seven breweries, one in Los Alamos, one in Moriarty, one in Red River, one in Silver City, and one in Truth or Consequences also joining the party.

A quartet of local breweries will be setting up shop at the Corrales Harvest Festival this weekend, one of many events going on around the metro area. The festival runs from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturday and from 11 to 5 on Sunday. Tickets can be purchased in advance online for just $10. Breweries pouring in the beer garden are Boxing Bear, Ex Novo, Kaktus, and Steel Bender. There will be live music and games.
