When Burnside Brewing opened its doors in 2010, the beers of brewmaster Jason McAdam were front and center: Oatmeal Pale Ale, the chutney inspired Sweet Heat, IPA and Stock Ale, which is my invariable first --- and often second --- beer at Burnside.
