Now Hiring: Assistant Brewer

Monday Night Brewing (Atlanta, GA) is seeking an assistant brewer to join our small team and assist in all aspects of brewing operations. You will be working on a 4-vessel 30 BBL brewhouse, with 12,000 BBL of annual fermentation capacity. Start date is immediate.

Brewer will assist in all aspects of beer production and packaging, with a heavy emphasis on brewing. However, brewer will provide as-needed assistance in cellar operations, filtration, cleaning and sanitation and maintenance of brewery equipment.

Qualifications:

• Must love making beer. Like, really love it.
• Minimum 2 years brewing beer professionally
• Must have the ability to work alone and with others
• Must have a strong working knowledge of OSHA and TTB regulations
• Safety-mindedness is of the utmost importance (lifting, chemicals, hot liquids and hardware, inhalation hazards, noise)
• Willingness and ability to step in wherever needed
