Napoleone Brewers is a new, family-owned brewery started by the folks of Napoleone Cider and Punt Road Wines. This winter we will open the Napoleone Brewery & Ciderhouse, a cellar door with full public view of the brew house, which is attached to a restaurant, event facilities, and accommodation.

Our venue will encompass a sense of place and a love of beer where we will serve our predominantly European-style malt and yeast driven craft beers. We aim to create a casual, unpretentious atmosphere that is connected to the community, but provides a global beer education to beer geeks and greenhorns alike.

We are currently searching for an experienced Cellar Door Manager to lead the team within the brewery cellar door.

Job Functions:

• Lead, educate, and motivate the cellar door team with daily support and monthly staff training sessions
• Day-to-day management of cellar door including rostering of staff plus events as required
• Drive and track sales, achieve monthly sales
