OC council shuts down brewery's silo, canning requests Delmarva Daily Times OC Brewing Co. opened July 1, with several of its own beers now on tap. The owner wanted a grain silo installed outside, but the Town Council rejected that request. Brewery still plans to pursue bottling beer on-site. Canning will be done elsewhere.
