Fermentation Festival Is Back!

Last August was the first Fermentation Festival & Market at the Highlands Masonic Center in Denver.  And it’s back again this year, August 9th & 10th, 2014. This two-day festival features all things fermented and is host to numerous excellent food and beverage vendors.

I had a great time at Fermentation Festival last year and am already looking forward to going again! I had several delicious beers, sampled lots of interesting food, and even tried kimchi for the first time ever. Here is the line-up of participants so far:
