The Australian craft beer industry is booming and brewers from across Australia will be showcasing their brews at the inaugural Sip & Savour Festival which will be held at Eveleigh’s iconic ‘Carriageworks’ on 25 and 26 October 2014.

The two-day event featuring over 250 crafted beers and ciders is part of Sydney Good Food Month and will officially close Sydney Craft Beer Week While the conversion to craft beer has been slower in New South Wales compared to that of Victoria and Western Australia; Sydney is now in overdrive with an increasing number of new microbreweries, specialty beer bars and cider houses catering to the quickly growing demand.

It’s timely we have the creation of Sip & Savour to take Sydney’s craft beer scene to the next level.
