Feral Brewing is a family owned and operated hospitality business located in the Swan Valley. Established in 2002 the business operates a 200 pax restaurant alongside an multi award winning micro-brewery. Winner of the gold medal for the 2012 WA Tourism Awards we are seeking a new team member to manage our restaurant and venue.

The restaurant is open 7 days for lunch, dinner Friday & Saturday nights. The successful application will be required to work weekends however night shifts are rarely required.

Feral Brewing believes in maintaining a good work life balance and with the support of two Duty Managers and a Functions Manager this position offers just that.

Required Criteria

  • Approved Managers Certification for Western Australia
  • Experience in a similar role for not less than 2 years
  • A sound knowledge of cost control and revenue generation
  • Highly motivated team player
  • A good understanding of food culture and trends, with a passion for the hospitality industry
  • Ability to implement and manage
