The Week Ahead in Beer: Chama River celebrates a decade of decadence

Greetings, New Mexico craft beer lovers. Stoutmeister here with the reunified edition of The Week Ahead in Beer. This column covers all the breweries in Bernalillo and Sandoval counties, with Santa Fe’s four breweries and one newcomer down in Socorro also joining the party. We tried hard to keep the state edition going, but without participation from the breweries outside the I-25 corridor, it was futile.

The big beer event of the week is WinterBrew up in Santa Fe on Friday, but that will get its own special article that I plan to run Thursday (with as many beer lists from the 17 participating breweries as I can get). The other big beer event of the week is Chama River’s 10th anniversary party, which will take place starting tonight (Wednesday) and run through Saturday.
