ACBC 2015 — A focus on quality

It is now only 5 weeks until the Australian Craft Brewers Conference kicks off for 2015 in Melbourne as a part of Good Beer Week.

The ACBC is the craft beer industry’s premier event for building knowledge, networks and business.

In 2015 the conference, through its Brewery Operations stream, has identified quality assurance and quality control as key areas to focus on.

A number of presentations will address these topics across the 2 days including:

  • Small Brewery/Big Quality — Dirk Penny (Gage Roads Brewing Co)
  • The Importance of yeast health and its effect on finished beer — Dr Peter Aldred (Federation University)
  • Building a Sensory Panel — Tina Panoutsos (CUB)
  • Brewery Upgrades: Getting it right and maintaining quality — Brad Rogers (Stone & Wood Brewing Co)

And these are just 4 of the 22 presentations on offer across two days.
