Upstate's first brewery-cidery to open this week Spartanburg Herald Journal Willcox and Garrison signed a lease in March to house their business in the former Spartanburg Photo building at 197 E. St. John St. Seven months later, the brewers are preparing for the tap house's soft opening from 3-10 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday.
