ANXO Sighting

Join ANXO Cidery & Pintxos Bar for their fourth pop-up evening. This time the team is taking over Crane and Turtle in Petworth on Monday, October 5. Feast on a five course dinner designed by Chefs Brad Walker and Alex Vallcorba with beverage pairings by Beverage Director Tim Prendergast. Kick the evening off with a welcome glass of Basque wine and pintxos.

Chefs Walker and Vallcorba have put together a menu honoring the Basque culinary traditions of honesty, simplicity, and quality, and they’ll be using local products in their take on this foreign fare. Each of the three meat and seafood-heavy courses will be paired with a glass of wine and cider.

The meal’s final course will feature three ciders from Bordatto in French Basque Country with a selection of three cheeses and house-made accouterments.

Tickets are $100 for the 5:30 seating and $120 for the 8:30 seating. In both cases, tax and gratuity are included. Tickets can be purchased here.
