Palate Fatigue: All the hop bombs you can safely fit into one place

A while back we wrote up a full preview on Palate Fatigue, the special event being held this Saturday from 2 to 6 p.m. at Sister Bar downtown. The only thing we did not have back then was the final list of beers that would be poured. Well, now we have them, or at least 21 of the 22 planned, courtesy of event organizer Angelo Orona.

Alpine Hoppy Birthday (5.25% ABV) The happy, hoppy little session IPA from the San Diego brewery. You can also find it for sale at Jubilation and it has been on tap at times at Nob Hill Bar & Grill.

Ballast Point Habanero Sculpin (7% ABV, 70 IBU) and Big Eye Ginger IPA (7% ABV, 71 IBU) Two more big IPAs from San Diego, flavored for added measure.

Blue Corn Good Guys Triple IPA (10.2% ABV, 150 IBU) A lot of us missed this Alpha King Challenge entry when it was on tap up in Santa Fe. This is our chance to make up for it.
