As the [Red] Crow Flies … An introduction to Red Crow Brewing

Red Crow Brewing opened their doors on October 17 of this year and have been doing amazing things in Spring Hill since. Before opening Red Crow, Chris Roberts was driving a truck and his wife, Mistie, was staying at home watching their three daughters and keeping things in order. Though it paid the bills, Chris wasn’t happy and began home brewing in 2008. In 2010, after having a few of Chris’ home brews with Mistie’s parents, Loretta and Joe Fisher, they had an idea; let’s open a brewery!

With Chris becoming head brewer, Joe learning to brew, Mistie as CEO and Loretta as CFO, Red Crow came to fruition and has been a hit with Spring Hill residents and KC residents alike! I visited Red Crow last week and was immediately met with a beautiful pond and rustic building. I parked and walked in to a great tasting room, a booming cover band, and Mistie herself behind the bar with a genuine smile and care for her customers.
