“Do You Like It Sour, Sweet or Bitter” Tasting at Hill Center

“Do you like it Sour, Sweet, or Bitter?” – Join us on February 13th for an afternoon of beer and dessert pairings. Come learn the theory and practice of pairing beer with dessert. Between a Framboise, Belgian, Sour and an India Pale Ale, each of these beers will be paired with a small dessert.

Mike Stein from Lost Lagers (LostLagers.com) will provide the education. Pipetown Traders will sponsor the beers. Snacks will be provided.

Belgian – Franklins “For Whom The Belge Tolls” (MD)
Sour – Grimm Ales “Super Symmetry” (NY)
Framboise – Brasserie La Choulette (FR)
Imperial IPA – DC Brau “On the Wings of Armageddon” (DC)
