Toms River: Our friends from Rinn Duin sent us this press release for their event February 27 2015 was an exciting and challenging year for Rinn Duin, and they’re celebrating with an Anniversary Party for family, friends, and supporters. The featured Anniversary Ale will be on tap in addition to a bottle release. The party begins at 2:00 pm at the brewery, located at 1540 Rt 37 W, Toms River, NJ. Blackthorn 2nd Anniversary Ale is a tribute to Drogheda Ale, a once-popular Irish beer that dates back to the early 1800’s, brewed only with Irish Ale malt & East Kent Golding hops. For just two simple ingredients, this medium-heavy bodied ale is incredibly complex with a striking copper hue, fruity aroma, and lingering warm finish. 1,200 Blackthorn bombers will be available on a first come basis.
