Greetings, New Mexico craft beer lovers. Stoutmeister here with The Week Ahead in Beer. This column covers all the breweries in Bernalillo and Sandoval counties, with Santa Fe’s four breweries and a pair of newcomers, one down in Socorro and the other in Los Alamos, also joining the party. Stoutmeister puts on his serious face to handle The Week Ahead in Beer. The calendar flips to April this weekend, which means the end of a quiet period for our local craft beer scene (something you might have noticed with our lack of new stories lately). The coming month figures to be plenty busy, before the insanity of May, and then festival season takes over for the summer. Among the notable events in April are Tart at Heart 2 at Sister on April 9, Starr Brothers will debut their beers the day before, and Marble will have another wild anniversary week.
