Let’s face it. We’re all winners when New Beer Friday is involved. Squatters Solstice Saison – Light coriander and clove round out subtle chocolate flavors in this deceptively light looking – but flavorful “spiced” saison. 4.0% ABV @ Squatters Uinta Jack Rabbit Barrel Aged Saison – Pine, juniper and a bit of oak compliment this lightly phenolic saison. Some cereal flavors as well along with a slightly boozy burn. Finishes with a tiny bit of tartness. 9.3% ABV @ Uinta, Bayou, Beerhive Roosters Daily Rise and Shine – Definitely coffee forward. The base is semi-chocolaty which compliments the coffee flavors well. Made with Layton’s Daily Rise Coffee.
