Prairie Ales Extravaganza: 33 Bottles & Drafts! at ChurchKeyDC

Join us on Wednesday, December 14th as we host one of our favorite breweries, Prairie Artisan Ales. Our friends from Oklahoma have sent us a massive collection of bottles and drafts, totaling 33 different beers in all!

Founded in 2012, Prairie is known for their big, bold barrel-aged Imperial Stouts, as well as their tart and funky farmhouse ales.

On this night, ChurchKey is honored to be the first bar in the country to pour seven of Prairie’s brewery-only releases. Highlighting that list is Deconstructed BOMB!, a four-part series of stouts showcasing each of the BOMB!’s four unique ingredients (coffee, chocolate, vanilla and ancho chilies). 

Also available for the first time are bottles of Pirate Paradise, a Rum barrel-aged Imperial Stout with coconut and vanilla; Sherry Noir, an Imperial Oatmeal Stout aged in Sherry barrels; and Barrel Aged Christmas BOMB!, brewed with winter spices, then aged in American Whiskey barrels.
