We want to know who is making it and why they are making the beer they make. What were the motivations and goals for each beer brewed. We are always curious about procedures and methods. Many of us are homebrewers. Personally, I want to know about the beer names and labels, since that’s all related to the day job. We have lots of questions that we pose to the people we meet. And we thought it would be very scouting of us to let all our readers in on it too. So today we are starting a new monthly feature here on KC Beer Scouts: Ask the Brewer!
