Greetings, New Mexico craft beer lovers. Stoutmeister here with The Week Ahead in Beer. This column covers all the breweries in Bernalillo and Sandoval counties, with Santa Fe’s six breweries, one in Los Alamos, one in Moriarty, and one in Las Cruces also joining the party. Stoutmeister puts on his serious face to handle The Week Ahead in Beer. The annual Bees + Seeds Festival returns to Tractor Wells Park this Saturday from 1 to 9 p.m. It combines beer, food, vendors, music, charities, and more. Musicians performing include The Riddims, Da Terra Meiga, Wavema, Keith Sanchez, Cali Shaw, Cactus Flowers, IQ the Professor, and Dangarduno. There will be a live Art Fight and art auction. Food vendors will include Helix Coffee, Fork in the Road, and Sugar Bee’s Sweets (naturally). A whole host of vendors will be present as well, including some who will gift you with free plants to take home. Admission is free, but charitable donations are encouraged and appreciated.
