If you’ve been wondering why there’s been no blog for the last three weeks, the tittle of this blog should give you a clue! Yes, I’ve been doing quite a bit of travelling over the last three weeks, and none of it was directly related to beer. However, that doesn’t mean that I didn’t have some interesting beer encounters along the way…
The first trip was up to Denali National Park, to take advantage of the road lottery. On the way, Elaine and I made a quick pit stop at Denali Brewing Company’s production brewery at Mile 2 of the Talkeetna Spur Highway. I wanted to see its newly-opened Tap Room and find out if there was any other news. The Tap Room is open seven days a week, and as of 1 October, its hours will be from 2 to 8 PM.
