Kiitos – Hobble Creek: If you were to say, “this beer tastes like Utah”. This might be the one. This pale ale was made with sage, juniper & elderflowers. The result is an herbal ale with tons of character & local ingredients. Tasty stuff. 5.0% – On draft at Kiitos. Bewilder – Cosmic Pop: Made with a special Cryo hop blend known as TRI 2304. This Bursts with citrus, both meat and peel – some melon as well. A pleasant bitter finish rounds it out. It’s not crazy bitter but it lightly lingers. 6.8% – Available at Bewilder in 16 ounce cans starting today. Epic – Experimental IPA #3: This is mostly a throwback to the early 21st Century IPAs; Lots of Centennial and Amarillo with a sweet caramel base. Not a lot of breweries making old school shit right now. Give it a go. 6.8% – Only at Epic to-go in crowlers.
