Time to clear out the old notebook again, with news on all the forthcoming breweries taking center stage. Lauter Haus says hello The soft opening period for Lauter Haus Brewing in Farmington kicks off today (Monday) at 11 a.m. The second brewery in the northwest town is located at 1806 E. 20th Street, near the intersection of 20th and Sullivan Avenue. It is on the north side of the street, across from the Allen 8 Movie Theaters. Lauter Haus is the brainchild of former Three Rivers head brewer Brandon Beard, who spearheaded the modernization of that Farmington institution’s beer lineup a few years ago. He has told us in the past to expect a wide range of beers, but with plenty of German-style offerings as befitting the brewery’s name.
