After sampling so many great beers at last year’s Collaboration Fest, I was a little sad that I wouldn’t be able to get a full pour any of them. I was grateful to have gotten to try them, but getting only a few ounces of something so amazing was a bit of a tease. So I am ecstatic that this year, many of the beers will be available in tap rooms, bars and/or restaurants after the festival! Check it out: Beers featured at this year’s festival are: 4 Noses Brewing, Big Choice Brewing and Wonderland Brewing
Beer Name: Bazinga!
Beer Description: This ménage a trois collaboration starts with a Belgian wit base recipe. After adding loads of lemongrass and rose hips to the mash and boil, each brewery used different yeasts to impart a distinctly different flavor. To top it all of, a modest dose of vanilla beans were added during conditioning to get the flavor explosion.
Available After Festival: Yes
