| This is our interpretation of the Strong Scotch Ale style, also known as "wee heavy". The aroma is of dried fruits with a subtle smokiness in the back. The rich malt flavors and caramel sweetness are traditional in this Scottish style, however, a character all its own is created with cherry-wood smoked malt.
