Greetings, New Mexico craft beer lovers. Stoutmeister here with The Week Ahead in Beer. This column covers all the breweries in Bernalillo and Sandoval counties, with Santa Fe’s six breweries, one in Los Alamos, and one in Moriarty also joining the party.

The calendar does not lie, as one of the biggest drinking holidays of the year falls on a Saturday here in 2018. St. Patrick’s Day is a week-plus away, and our breweries are all getting prepped. Boxing Bear has already brought back Red Knuckle Irish Red this week, while Turtle Mountain brings back Snakedriver Dry Irish Stout on Friday. Of course, with so much going on next week, this weekend might be better spent just catching up on the breweries you haven’t visited in a while.
