The Week Ahead in Beer: Easter can be fun for adults, too

Greetings, New Mexico craft beer lovers. Stoutmeister here with The Week Ahead in Beer. This column covers all the breweries in Bernalillo and Sandoval counties, with Santa Fe’s six breweries, one in Los Alamos, and one in Moriarty also joining the party.

Easter is this Sunday, which is one of those holidays that always sneaks up on us, because it’s always on a different. It’s also a holiday that is aimed more at children, with the egg hunts and the chocolate bunnies and so on. But, this is New Mexico, so of course some folks have figured out how to make Easter into an adult holiday. This Saturday, the two breweries and three taprooms downtown are all participating in an adult Easter egg hunt. Boese Brothers, Sidetrack, Monk’s Corner, Duel, and Red Door will be hiding different colored eggs (one color for each location) all around downtown.
