Greetings, New Mexico craft beer lovers. Stoutmeister here with The Week Ahead in Beer. This column covers all the breweries in Bernalillo and Sandoval counties, with Santa Fe’s six breweries, one in Los Alamos, and one in Moriarty also joining the party. Stoutmeister puts on his serious face to handle The Week Ahead in Beer. I am still on the road, so this will not be a long intro, but already looking ahead to this Saturday has me feeling more than a bit overwhelmed. First up, Boxing Bear is throwing its third anniversary party all day and night. Head brewer Justin Hamilton is out to destroy all palates with TKO Triple IPA, plus he has a bunch of barrel-aged beauties rolling out from the archives. Yours truly has yet another book signing from 2 to 4 p.m., this time at the Barnes & Noble at Coronado Mall.
