From an email: Scion Restaurant (Silver Spring) is excited to announce our 1st Anniversary Party, featuring Stone Brewing Company! Join us on Wednesday, May 28th, as we celebrate our first birthday with one of our favorite breweries from San Diego, CA.
Scion will feature 12 drafts from Stone, including many hard-to-find releases. Don’t miss Matt’s Burning Rosids, an Imperial Smoked Saison that pays tribute to Matt Courtright, a brewer at Stone who passed away in 2013. Also on the list is Sprocketbier, a Black Rye Kolsch, and Stochasticity Project Grapefruit Slam IPA.
Featured beers will be $4 all night. Reservations are not required for this event. A representative from Stone will be in attendance.
