The Rooster Club glasses were worth it! Kyle Marti from Schell’s Perry Miller & Susan Brant from Wooden Legs Taylor from Johnson Brothers Ricardo from Fernson Chris Borns from Watertown Brewing I attended the Wing & Brew Festival last Saturday at the Swiftel Center in Brookings. The weather was mild and the beer & wings were excellent! Many local breweries were present pouring some of their stellar beers. Local wing providers were also in attendance. I was able to try several barbecue variants along with some garlic & parmesan wings. Yum! I visited with many of the brewers and even got an invite to Schell’s in New Ulm by Kyle Marti. Very fun day! Plan to attend next year if you were out of town. … |
