Both Jordan Fink and Chad Moore started at unrelated careers before getting into brewing, with Fink spending time at Tommyknocker Brewing before helping to open Nepal’s first brewery. He then returned to work for Tommyknocker and Odyssey Brewing while teaming up with Moore, who worked for Lockheed Martin, to open Woods Boss. The outdoorsy décor and the varied beer list combine to make an inviting refuge from downtown Denver, and Woods Boss was named Denver’s Best New Brewery Taproom in 2018 by Westword.
