2nd Annual Oyster Wars at The Salt Line

The Salt Line’s beer, food, and oyster extravaganza, “Oyster Wars,” returns for a second year on September 29. A press release notes that, “the annual fall celebration invites guests to the Capitol Riverfront for an afternoon of the finest seafood and brews from New England to Virginia.” Last minute tickets are all that’s left, and they’ll run you $65 plus a modest processing fee. Tickets get you tastings from participating chefs and oyster farms along with live music from the reggae band See-I, DJ sets from DJ Stylus Chris with friends Harry Hotter. Beers and other drinks are a la carte via a cash bar.

  • Chef Jeremy Sewall, Row 34, Island Creek Oyster Bar (Boston)
