Assistant Brewer for a new brewery in Perth, Western Australia

A Swan Valley-based brewery is seeking Expressions of Interest for a Brewer to assist in the establishment of a new Swan Valley brewery. We are looking for someone who has a real passion for beer and good knowledge of the craft beer industry.

You will be working with a new Schulz 20hl Brewery in a state of the art facility on the Swan River. You will be starting employment in August 2014 (can be flexible for the right candidate).

A tertiary brewing qualification or a food science background is preferable, however experience and knowledge is viewed with equal importance. A forklift license and OHS training is also desired.
