The Lord is looking for an Assistant Brewer

The Lord Nelson Brewery Hotel — a Sydney based micro-brewery / pub / restaurant / hotel, is seeking a Brewery Assistant / Bar person –Immediate start.

The role is currently two days in the micro-brewery and a few days assisting in the bar. The Pub / Brewery operates 7 days and therefore weekend work may be required.

We are looking for someone who has a real passion for beer and good knowledge of the craft beer industry. RSA license is required for bar work.

• Basic home brewing background experience

• Ability to work quickly and effectively whilst maintaining extremely high standards

• Proactive and positive attitude
